My first step towards change

"YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO SET ANOTHER GOAL OR TO  DREAM A NEW DREAM."

- C.S. Lewis

It was not easy to start fresh. It hurted like hell to get out of that zone. But I was eager to find a better place for me.

In fact I am still in search of a better me.
In those days I used to feel lost. I felt like I was in a foggy place, walking continuously but could not see where that path was taking me.
But yeah now I know how to put my shit together.

How do I know that or how I get to know from where should I start improving?
Are you seeking for these answers too?  So go ahead read this out. I hope you could find some answers.

Honestly I used to be a fucking messy kid from inside. But everybody praised me because I was helpful for them.
I used to listen to everybody which made them happy. At that time I never thought about what was going inside me.
I never asked myself that am I ready to help?
How am I feeling right now?
No matter how shitty I felt from inside but outside I was totally opposite.

When I entered in my twenties things started to change in me. I started recognizing that something is wrong with me. I wanted help and I thought that it will come from outside.
I started seeking for person that could help me. Do you also feel like that?
Here is the thing the only person who can make you feel good is only YOU. Your mood, your mental state totally depends upon you.

I clearly remember that feeling of eagerness to change my mental space.
I wanted to change totally. I became the fucking "Yes" machine. Whatever people wanted me to do I used to always say "YES" to them.
That was my mistake.
I really wanted to learn how to say NO.

From my childhood I did had some idea about spirituality and meditation but not that much. I didn't know how this process works and how to do a proper meditation.
Thanks to You Tube I found some great content that motivated me to work hard, never look back.
I learned lots of things about self-motivation, meditation, lifestyle, spirituality.
And I am still in learning phase.

It is not like everything gets resolved in fraction of time. Change is a step by step process.
Or if you want to learn something new or you want to develop a  new habit then it will be going to take some time. You have to be patient and disciplined.

Well what changed me most is the meditation. Meditation helps you to become mentally fit.

I listen to motivational videos, podcasts and read some good stuff whenever I get time.
Yes, there will be times when you will be stressed but you would know how to deal with all th. You would not feel weak anymore.

You know time is running continuously. Wherever you are right now your position is temporary. So do not feel like you have lost your time. You can still start fresh. Everyone has a right to be happy.
So start from now and do your thing. Set your goal and start working on it.

Hope you liked reading it. Please comment down below how do you deal with your stress and if you want me to write about more on this topic please let me know?
