Why life is so difficult?

Oh, God!! Life is so tough. 

Why it happens to me every time? 

Why me?
Why these problems are coming one after another?
Why everybody is happy but I am not?

Many questions like this come to a human mind. As far as I understand, people have stopped living. Why did I say that? Because living a life is not only breathing daily. It is more about how you are enjoying every moment of your life. 

I know we have lots of work to do and there are lot of responsibilities upon us. Some people have businesses to run, some have a very cruel boss whose work is to make our lives hell, some toggle between personal life and work.
I understand.
We work like a fucking machine day and night so that we could survive in this world. 

Busy making more and more money.

The funny thing is that we think that fun or joy only comes by spending money over expensive things or traveling or doing some adventure etc. 

Without all this, we cannot be happy.

JOY = ADVENTURE

Yaa. I know these things give pleasure but for a small amount of time.

You know, one day I went on a roller coaster ride. It was fun. I enjoyed it very much. I felt so happy at that moment like I was never before.

I wanted to do it again and I did. 

After coming home I felt sad because that feeling was only till there. I was not that happy.

I started wondering why I cannot have the same feeling in my daily life. Why my life is so boring?

The only solution is to start getting aware and be grateful for what you have. 

Be aware of your body. Be aware of the air touching your face. See people around you, feel their smile.

Whatever thing is near you see that and be grateful that you have that thing. 

Trust me meditation is the best practice that you should do daily. It helps you in getting more aware.

Guys, life is neither tough nor easy. If you face any problem, solve it with full zeal.
Even if you fail do not lose hope. Keep trying. 

Everyone is facing problems at every level. If you think that their problem is smaller than yours then you are totally wrong. At their level, that problem is not that small.

So please stop comparing and deal with your own shit.
