How to keep going?

It happens to many of us that we start something and then after some time we tend to quit because of many excuses that we make up in our mind. Is it true or not?
So how many times have you decided that you would wake up early in the morning and set up your ultimate morning routine? 
After some days say, 4-5 days more or less you decide that at least one day I can leave this routine and then after some time due to some reasons you quit. That is just one example. There are many things that we wanted to start but could not finish that properly.



Deciding a path is easy sometimes but walking on it is not a piece of cake. 
Problems are always going to be there. Sometimes they are hard to tackle and sometimes not. All we have to do is be strong and find solutions to solve the problems we face while moving towards our goal.
These things happen to me too. Hundreds of times I decide to set my morning routine and do the workout. Let me be honest with you, each time I failed. But still,  I am on it. Every month I decide to set a routine then after a week or two back to the previous life. But I am trying hard. 
There are some techniques I talked about in my new video which I have applied and do daily so that I do not get lost on the path which I am following.
